No AI tool is used to make or inform decisions about a child without a named staff member reviewing it.
Personal data
Service-user data never goes into a public AI tool. Approved tools are listed in Appendix B.
Human oversight
A person signs off any AI output that reaches a funder, regulator or the public.
Acceptable use
Copilot may be used for drafting and summaries inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
